I know this doesn't really make sense, since Kheri would be on Pima-wing if he was an inmate.
But let's just say that he snuck into Saba-wing after hearing Jira was there as an inmate, and decided to be a meanie (cuz she turned him in or something idk). I always thought Kheri would be like Farai, and try to claw his way to the title of top dog. Jira in this situation might be Kat, while I always pictured Raz taking Jira's place as the Wing Governor.
